Hey guys,

I got this classic scooby Thursday and so far i am absolutely loving it! I am a virgin to Subaru (Japanese even) cars so it is still a whole new experience to me!

Here are some pictures after using nearly £100 of Meguiars products on it! (not all in one go lol!)

enjoy, Cheers,

Shep.

Nice, but not sure the wheels do anything for it IMO; the gold doesn't suit the white car and they're a little small to me. Some nice silver/anthracite 17" multispokes would set it off nicely for me :)

Nice! V5/6 bumper and smaller rear wing would make it perfect though! Don't stick bigger wheels on it, the speedlines are awesome :)

Something I spotted too and different tyres makes on a 4WD car too. I'd be getting a matching set of tyres when funds allow. :)

Still looks a very clean car :)

Are AVON ZZ3's any good?

Lovely. Do you have a decent alarm on it? They're astonishingly easy to steal :(

Yes, there is a Thatcham Cat 1 - Hornet Alarm and Immobiliser fitted to it.

erm 112 mph top speed?!

Jeesus. So you'd have to change speedos if it was derestricted to see what speed you were doing, unless you carry a gps constantly.

Strange to think my track car (Rover Coupe Turbo) is quicker than a pedigree rally derivative.

I take it this ludicrous situation doesnt apply to the UK models, and they are free to roam around up to 150+ ?

Mediocre... Falken 452s, Toyo T1Rs, Hancook RS2s, Goodyear Eagle F1s... there's one Kuhmo that's not so bad, forget the model number.

If you want epic grip... Yokohama A008/A048/similar, Toyo R888... but their wear rate is much higher than the above.

The restriction can be easily removed...

Still... I would happilly put money on me winning around just about any track in a top-speed-limited scoob vs a Rover Coupe Turbo :p
