Who are your favourite non A list actor/actresses

Walton Goggins as mentioned deserves bigger roles, luckily Tarantino is including him in bigger and bigger capacity so hopefully we will see more from him.

Paul Giamatti although he has headlined bigger films I wouldn't consider him an A-Lister but he has been fantastic in anything I have seen him in.

Well it depends on your definition of A list. Actors commanding 20 million plus salaries who dont need to audition and have films written for them (exaggeration). Can you mention Sean in the same line up as Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jr, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Cruise, George Clooney. Probably not.

More like B+ actor. God love him fellow Sheffielder. Still think his best performance was in When Saturday Comes. :D

The last season of The Shield was where I first really saw him step it up. Fantastic performance.

I love Brendan Gleeson, but not sure if he would classify as B-List. He's in some big films but always in small rolls. It's the ones where he stars that his talent really shines through. "I know I'm awake, but I feel like I'm in a dream" being possibly my favourite line from any film. His face just makes it.
 
Peter Strauss is another favourite. I seem to have a lot of his films, along with Ray Winstone and Ray Stevenson. Kevin McKidd is another.
I'll watch pretty much anything with Michael Ironside in it, too.
 
Alan Tudyk. Really enjoyed his role as Tucker, in tucker and dale vs evil. Absolutely hilarious. (Wish there was a 2nd)

And as short as it was, his role in firefly was also good !

I also echo Sharlto Copley. He was excellent in hardcore Henry !

Bae Doona. Loved her since watching Take Care of My Cat as a kid. The Wachowskis seem to be doing their best to kick-start an American career for her, as she's been in Cloud Atlas, Jupiter Rising and Sense8.
