Uh oh, looks like the chimp might be in front of the keyboard, not behind it!
 
It's the -5px margin on .pageWidth which is causing the header to encroach into the nav bar. The links in the wrong place can't move further right because the ad banner above is taking up that space.

.pageWidth{
margin: -5px 3px 0;
}

Are you using an add on for the dark theme?

Nope it's the official dark theme, i'll poke someone:p
 
This reminded me, did you know your mobile navigation is broken too? Displays totally different categories in the GPU section, most is which contain no products. Basically hasn't been updated but I've no idea why you'd be using two different navigation menus for desktop and mobile anyway, pretty bad UX.
