I don't understand the whole 'they're not even an xxx anyway so why does their opinion matter' thing. Greg eats food, that qualifies you to judge food. Nothing about a chef makes you a critic; in fact it makes you quite possibly less experienced and more biased; How many restaurants do you think they've eaten at compared to a keen gastronome?

I did the IT for him while he owned smith of smithfields in the early 2000's. Its all a persona he was a really nice guy back then. At least he was to me.
