As Benji says, it's mostly a free for all and a 'freestyle' way of driving around there. Just give way to the right and be prepared for buses and taxis coming from the left too, even if they have to give way to you or not.
Who has right of way entering this roundabout?

I can see that as a good case for fitting air horns to your car.
I read it as main lanes have Priority over bus lane due to triangle and dotted line on road which to me means traffic from right has priority unless it's bigger than your car.
