Who here eats breakfast?

Basically, as described by the title: Who here eats breakfast?
I'm just wondering because the first time in ages, I actually ate breakfast this morning even though I wasn't hungry. I usually don't eat breakfast because I just can't eat when I wake up unless I've got hungry during the night. If i'm not hungry; it's a struggle.

I've also heard that eating breakfast is a good way to lose weight as it kick-starts your metabalism for the day. Any know if there is any validity to this?

... So, who here eats breakfast, who doesn't and who is the same as me in regards to being one who just can't manage breakfast?

I'm only ever hungry in the morning if I eat before bed.

I do usually, but today i'm throwing up so not really much point

Ill, pregnant, hungover?

I think something to do with my appendix, going to the doctors at half 10. Going to try eat something soon see how it goes.
Usually i have toast or cereal in the morning depends what i have time for.

My younger brother (now 18) had a bad appendix when he was 6 and all I remember is that he was in a lot of pain and the doctor said it was appendicitus and he was rushed into hospital. I was asleep when all this was happening

Usually if I don't eat breakfast I can go right through till dinner without feeling hungry. Meh.
