Who is at fault?

Double mini roundabout. I check cars approaching from the right (in this case straight ahead), there's one approaching the roundabout but time to cross. However as I come across the roundabout, from the left hand side a bus and another car are still driving towards me. I think both our visions were obstructed by a car which had backed up onto the roundabout. Who is at fault here? Me, the bus/other car driver, or both? For the record there was no collision the bus just came a bit close for my liking

The bus and the other car couldn’t see that it was clear for them to proceed, so they should have been planning to stop and give way. If they had stopped, you wouldn’t have been forced to stop on the roundabout, delaying other traffic.

Their fault.
 
Wy would you think you were in the wrong? You give way to the right on roundabouts which means the bus and the car have to give way to you. You did nothing wrong.

Don't know lol, I just sometimes think if something like a near miss happens it's my fault, maybe I underestimate my driving ability and judgement. Also I took a guess that because it was two drivers rather than one that pulled out that the chances of it being a third party fault were lower, but having looked at the footage I can clearly see I gave way to the right and the bus and BMW came from the left so it was 100% their fault.

I'd argue you created confusion by stopping on the roundabout. The bus and the car stopped with plenty of time but were probably hoping to roll-onto the roundabout. For some reason you stopped right in their path.

The footage doesn't quite do it justice, maybe I'm underestimating the stopping distance for a bus but it was heading straight towards the side of my car. I must admit even at a low speed it freaked me out a bit

I would also agree this is a non issue and if anything you caused more of a problem than anyone else by stopping/Hesitation (which I believe could fail a test or be marked against at least).

Remember roundabouts primary function is to try and retain traffic flow. If you had just carried on going at the speed you were travelling you would have been well clear. From what I can see they were prepared to slow down/stop (which is what they had to do) and probably would have been able to remain slowly moving if you hadn't obstructed them.

Try to be more sure of your decissions, 9/10 times action is better than no action.

I agree yes hesitation, my brother recently failed his test on this roundabout but think that was because he didn't check his mirrors rather than hesitation.
 
I'd say you were overly nervous, though I kind of understand it - neither the bus nor BMW were driving in a manner I would in that kind of situation but both appeared to be able to stop well before hitting you even though they might not have stopped precisely before the line - both appeared to be hoping to just roll through as you cleared.

Something which annoys me quite a bit, though sometimes catch myself doing it, with people driving in a manner which does not take into account that other drivers might be inexperienced, may not react in the most logical way and/or might be dealing with something else like limping their vehicle to a garage due to a problem, etc.
