Who is enjoying the weather?

I'm not at all enjoying the weather... the heat is horrible... I have to live with 30+ working conditions when its just "warm" in the factory I work in D: though my watercooling loop should be working (soon... after I get this motherboard problem sorted out)

Fanless Freezing Zero CPU Cooler - Room Temp 30C, Outside Temp 40C
Overclocked 5.0GHz @ 1.45v CPU 0C under full load for 48 hours stable!

No fan at all. :D We only wish !!!!

Yeah I know the feeling! I use to work in a furnace in the factory with heatwave weather a few years ago with 92C and furnace in the factory went over 140C!!! I had no drink or break for 2 and half an hours before my break come up. It was awful experience with too much heat, tired, sweating and smell awful of oiling burning in the air. Glad I don't work there anymore, cos I hate factory worker!

Where I works not too bad.. but I don't handle heat well at all. The other week it was about 30c in the factory and I was sweating like hell... If I hadnt of went and had a few drinks every now and then I would have collapsed from dehydration most likely. Just glad the person in charge of my line is quite nice and bends the rules quite a lot! xD

Yeah I had been suffered dehydration in my factory as I resigned after 14 years worked in the furnace as it affect my health really bad. My doctor told me to find other job as the management in my factory is really bad and don't care about health and safety. I only had 2 breaks in 8 hours shift! 1 x 10 mins and 1 x 20 mins lunch. Pretty crappy.

Yeah I agree. We had no unions at all cos the factory is big manufacturing employees up to 1400 peoples and management owned by the japanese who won't allow the unions at the shopfloor. Japanese never rest and always worked hard and less break too. I really hate it. Even worse, I only take home £842 a month on shift work after tax with no pay rise for 14 years. Enough is enough. As i work 7am to 3pm mon to fri then revert to 3pm to 11pm a week after that. Only get 10% shift allowance salary every month and it paid on end of each month. I really hate afternoon shift because not enough time with my daughter, my family and friends and miss out on social life.

Yeah it rubbish salary, there is nothing to live on! As always struggle with this money. It very hard to find other jobs exspecially my early shift and afternoon shift. I only look for a new job during my day off holiday. So, after 14 years, I resigned because the management ask me to do 3 x shift 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm then 11pm to 7am for an extra £1.50 per hour. Which it disgraceful.

That's a good salary you got there mate wish I had that salary! I think our area is very poor range in salary.

Hi guys. Most people are enjoying the sun and heat. I do have 1 link to provide you with though.

Are you suggesting we're not? That we're sitting in hot rooms with the curtains down to reduce glare, while we blast out hot air from high wattage gfx and CPUs, worrying about temps and muttering about fan speeds?

That's just insulting, and not just because it's true:p
