I'd rather see entertaining games than fat blokes with their tops off to be honest ;).

thats funny, unless some of our loyal toon fans have turned gooner, ive seen many chubby fans in the arsenal shirt, infact at most clubs, you must be reffering to mike ashley who is slightly more high profile, but fat non the less :D

Don't ever watch Croatian football then. Dinamo Zagreb were playing at White Hart Lane earlier in the season. About 10 minutes into the second half, all of their fans stripped half naked in unison. Not a pretty sight.

Well, it's going to come down to the last day of the season. :(

I can't see Hull picking up points from Man U so it's really down to us to get a point against Villa. If we can get a point at Villa it won't matter if 'Boro win against West Ham - we'll all be on the same number of points and we'll stay up on goal difference.

It's going to be tense.

He isnt going to risk any first teamers in a meaningless end of season game against a side that can still stay up.
Hull will have every chance of winning at the weekend, I think Ferguson will pick a side just strong enough to give newcastle some hope of avoiding the drop.

Hopefully MON has a soft spot for us and fields his youth team...which will probably beat us anyway.

Its bad for toon fans, but particularly not looking forward to Sunday since i'm working in a bar straight after the results will be coming through, not only will i be feeling sick, i'm going to have to put up with a lot of stroppy, angry and abusive customers, all doing what i want to be doing, drowning my sorrows.

Can see me hitting someone Sunday night tbh.

Planning the 23 away games for next season now, no way we'll get anything off Villa.

Atleast we might have the faint hope of winning a game next season. Sick of travelling all over the country without any hope of us scoring a goal, let alone picking up any points!

As a neutral, I still think that Newcastle will survive. Villa have been patchy recently and have nothing to play for. I reckon Newcastle will get at least a point.

Man Utd will probably field a reserve team. However, it'll be a champion's reserve team, full of players full of hunger and desire to impress. I reckon Hull will lose by three or four.

Yeh, I can't see any of the Man Utd reserves just wanting to get beat against Hull...

the young lads will be playing to impress and the regular irregular first team players may be playing for a chance to play in the champions league final..

Whatever team Man Utd put out will be playing good football and be playing to impress...

Im more concerned about Hull going there and getting a point because I can't see us beating Villa

To be fair, Villa do have something to play for, last game of a decent season in front of home fans so they won't want to finish on a duff note.

I'm going for Newcastle and Hull both win and Sunderland go down in shock turnaround :p

:p Nothing personal, I don't mind who goes down, although Newcastle would be best what with living with 2 Newcastle supporters and being a Plymouth Argyle fan, be fun taking a trip down to watch the Toon play at Home Park, lol :D

Considering 'Boro got a point at Villa at the weekend I think we're still in with a chance.

If we do go down I'll be doing my best to get tickets for the Plymouth match. It's a shame Southampton were relegated or I could have seen them play here as well.
