I'd guess someone like w3bbo or Jokester springs to mind as hardcore overclockers who know their stuff.

He does say UK though and if you want hardcore well that basically the whole EP-UK benching team for a start. :cool:

Nah he says in this community who is also in the UK which is kinda OcUK forums specific but maybe I'm wrong.

Yeah I would agree.

Even more Jokester is incredibly gifted, being only 4 years old and already an Engineer

Jokester does have a few records on Hwbot
I only have 2 IIRC.
K404 aint too shabby. He doesn't post here much though. Have a look for the UK bench team ( I can't link to it here)
Bundles hasn't been near a PC in a while

Fatty holds some records. He has a monster Cascade machine. (-100c loaded) I was tempted to buy it from him. He is going back to OZ next month though.

weescott lives round the corner from me and has a phase unit that he's in the process of getting retuned for quads, I think we could make an overclocking dream team, though don't mention our last exploits

I have never claimed a clock I haven't achieved and have always posted stabilty screenshots.

In fact I get flamed for asking for claimed shots of clocks.

What exactly are these ambitious claims that have never seen the light of day?

My 6400 @ 3.8ghz that no one believed

What are you looking for Intel guy?

Someone to bench (SuperPI/3dMark) or someone to run a CPU to its max yet be stable in a complete system?

Had my old P4 3.0 northwood @3.927Ghz easily on air, and my E6750 is at 3.7Ghz rock stable on air. I would use better cooling, but i cant afford it

What about the ambitious Super Pi 11 or 12 second claim you said you could beat. Nothing more was heard about it, there has been numerous other occasions.

I have never claimed im a hardcore overclocker but always push to get the best out my chips as I have with my C2D. But no I wouldn't say I am a hardcore overclocker. I have a dabble in the Overclocking section now and then and thats about it. Don't even see how this matters as I would never put myself forward due to the fact I have little time these days for even playing with my own kit.

Hardly matters It still reflects the type of person you are, I've seen it on here anyway enough times Im leaving this now as I feel should I make my real feelings known I'd be in hot water
