hi all, i posted in the show us your motors thered too but i just thought id stick it on here so see what yous think

my 1992 scirocco









Spec.

scirocco gt2 audi 6a 2.0 16v, KR cams ashley 4 branch exhaust jetex full system, twin 45 delorto dhla carbs.

adjustable spax suspension, lowered about 2feet :p

ebc disc and pads

I don't (as a rule) but that one's alright. My mate bangs on about KR cams/heads all the time, aren't they the one out of the later heads (or was it earlier)?

the kr engine is the 16v from the mk2 golf gti 16v, im using these cams as they offer a lot more performance than the standard audi cams, (grater lift duration)

thanks again for the comments! oh and in the pics it sits a little high at the front, since i fitted the spax thats sorted out,

i just got rid of mine, it was rubbish and slow :(

im not having a go or anything, i just had to go back to the oldskool rocco :D
 
My Grandfather (God rest his soul) always wanted a Scirocco, sadly, he died before he got to live his dream.

Always amazed me, despite him being half blown up by the "Erics" in WWII, he wanted a German car & actually owned a Japanese one prior to his death.

I suppose he learned to forgive & forget a nations past indescretions, a bolder man than I.

hi mate, i had a 1.8 16v.

i bought it as another project but i just got sick of it. i thought it would go well cos i know what a mk2 golf 16v is like but i suppose it was just way too heavy.

Mmmm not overly found of them but I don't know much about them really.

How is your mk1 coming Jaswan? I remember you started a thread overear ago about it! :D

iv made a bit of progress i cant remember where i was at last time i posted on here tho.
