Looks very cool.

Is there heating in there? Brrrrr  :p

Yup, oddly the garage had a full sized radiator in there before we started!! We replaced it with a new radiator and also had the boiler moved out of the utility room and into there so that throws out some heat too.

edit... if you look at the top pic the original radiator can be seen on the right hand side under the glass block window. The boiler is behind the door (the white box you can see behind the door in the top pic is the tumble drier, that's now in the other half).

Very nice, I want my own full size snooker table one day:)

OT: Peter, did you grow up in Sleaford? I'm also 22 and used to live in Sleaford before moving to Yorkshire, I may know you:eek:

How much do you get paid to do building surveys from your PC, where did you learn this, i want in. ;)

You don't even know there is a room above his garage!

Sx figure sum :p . nah only joking. the only thing that made me say it (from an ex builders and civil engineering students point of view) is that there is a 1 brick thick wall exposed. plus taking any wall out of a room can cause possible problems as the joists may be spanning over that wall. ;)

Im sure it'll be fine.

Again Vcool room.
