hey,

I see the customer service is still poor here. it looks like a bunch of people haven't got their orders shipped out not on time and admin have locked the discussion. I should have had my new gaming rig up and running before Christmas and it looks like I'll be waiting into the new year now. Worst of all not even an apology or a simple e-mail regarding the delay. Seriously, how hard is it to say sorry that the part we sent out is faulty, we'll arrange collection and refund your original postage costs. But no. In the hope of having my new PC built before the year is out,I had to place another order (with a few other nice to have) items late on Monday night, expecting my items to be sent out for next day delivery (as that is what they've charged me for) and the order hasn't been picked yet and I'm not alone by the looks of it. They were quick to lock down the discussion but couldn't inform the customers affected.

Just disappointed by the unnecessary hassle. The service hasn't changed at all.
 
His complaint is he didn't get his computer in time for Christmas, and as it didn't arrive, he seemed to think placing a brand new order would make it arrive in time for new year.

Doesn't make much sense, these threads often don't.
Me mocking him, probably doesn't help.

I didn't get my Order because I didn't even make an Order! How's that for service!

Also, you're not a Member of Honour so your query will get instantly locked, only MoH are apparently allowed to query OcUK Customer Service openly.

I can't believe you didn't even get it without making it!
Last year I had a thought of a new GFX card and it arrived without me even thinking about it a second time. The service has clearly fallen apart. It must have been a minority report!

I heard Apple are inventing a system like that, just think about buying an Apple product and your nearest apple device will place the order.

Best thing is the payment they take is 50% of your brain. So it's technically free! For OP here he'll only lose 1 brain cell.
 
hikari, you've just mocked yourself. I ordered a Superflower PSUbefore Christmas, it was delivered in time for Christmas butwith something rattling about inside it. I asked for an RMA number, no apology or offer to collect the part. I had to ask them to pick up the part, next collection won't be until the 2nd. I placed another order for a PSU and decided to treat myself to a new case and RAM on the Monday night on the one order, paid for a next day delivery service it looks like I won't be receiving and wasn't notified of the delay. just like a few others on here.
 
I've never had a single problem with an order. I walk in, place the order, pay and then walk out with my goods. Perhaps you should move closer to the store.
 
I ordered nothing when it was buy one get one free.

But they messed up my order and charged me two for one. Not happy.
 
Sorry you're disappointed, raise the issue in Customer Services as they will be more than happy to help.

Don't forget to state all the relevant information, order numbers etc.
