Who uses Citrix?

Wow, I use Citrix at work, but I didn't understand a word of that Wikipedia definition! Guess you don't have to know *how* something works to be able to use it... (but I guess it helps)

Just installed our first Farm last week on three servers so we can publish our new ERP system without much fuss. Basically it's Terminal Services on steroids, loads more features, more management and admin and more funcitonality. Being able to publish seemless applications is what we wanted it for, but the remote access part is a big bonus.

Tricky to configure and install, but once you get the hang of it, and the 1000 page manual, its a PoP :)

yup use it here.

100 ish users, over about 6/8 servers. kinda the admin for it, only b/c the main dude left about 2 months ago :p

but recently use Res Powerfuse over it to control the desktop better.

At work, I am a member of an AD group called _Citrix Admins and I can do basic stuff on the Citrix farm but not to an advanced level.
Same here when I was on the Helpdesk at my company, have since moved on but could mess about with it to a certain degree.

I think it's pretty decent, has lots of benefits and can work very well as long as you've got good enough hardware to run it all sufficiently.
