Who wants an M6 after this?

Sorry, it has no relation to the M6, but I feel it necessary to post this video.

Turn the sound up.

M6 mings a bit IMO.

That just sounds stunning (although if I could afford that, I could afford a decent outfit to come and film/record it and host it myself).

Is there anything closer on the road that sounds more highly strung? If so, I would love some links, thanks.

Did that guy buy his license ? ;)

He was changing gear too early from the sound of it and absolutely killing the clutch.

well he cant kill the clutch as the clutch is controlled by the cars electronics not him. ;)

he also only appears to properly gun it on the freeway. he wasnt flat out everywhere, which with over 500bhp is probably a good idea!

on the freeway it sounds like he gets into either 6th or 7th. top end of 5th is 160mph+ anyway! :)

My parents bought one of these shortly after an M5. Don't know why they did....

Havnt seen it yet though...

Josh

EDIT - Really doesn't sound like the M5 at all though even though it's got the same engine...

I like the M6, but TBH it's a love or hate car. Worth the price take, mmm that's something else hence why I've only seen about two so far.

I dunno, E39 M5 isnt bad ;)

Each to their own :) Personally I don't like V8 as it generally sounds a little lazy. There are two V8 implementations that I do really love though - 1) The E46 M3 GTR (proper race version) and 2) The Ferrari F40.
Neither of which have that traditional V8 sound.

I do like the look of the M6 but I would have an M5 over one anyway. I cant see why not to buy an M6 over an M5.
