who wants me to overclock my cpu within an hour

ok overclock was unstable should have listend.. weird thing is it ran crysis fine...
went to play bf:bc2 it loaded in i played ofr about 12 secs and pc restarted on me no blue screen...just restart

guessing it was undervoltage on cpu not sure..
ive put back to stock want me to put back to give u screen shot of cpu-z?

I can run my chip at 5.1 and do a bench mark but soon as i play a game i get a blue screen.

bios b4 changing anything

heres bios after i oc'ed

and here is cpu-z i got reading from prime 95 b4 it error'd .. takes about 15-25 secs tried 5 times

ok heres a wierd thing ...
i overclocked and it restarted on bf:bc2..
so i upped the voltage...
b4 i overclocked..
max voltage was 1.20 dead on max cpu usage..

so i upped the volts to 1.220
and now when i used prime 95
the voltages read a lot lower in cpu-z read around 1.6 volt wot the **** is going on

im not sure but do i ned to take my muliplyer down or just try and give it more volts...
not sure why it keeps reading lower on full load.. makes prime95 fail...

maybe just up more volts and maybe get over a "hole" people talk about

this is only for testing and stability not gonna run it over clocked... unless i can get stable

puttting a quad core in this 775 socket in a few weeks
so trying to overclock this e8400 b4 i get it...
upgrading to quad coz bf3 1 of the games that actually uses all 4 cores

upping volts to 1.255 didnt work...
ima try higher to morrow...

but not going higher than 1.270

coz cooling will be an issuie

grrr 3.6 easy 1:1 is eluding me...
ima try higher vcore 2mora...
but like i said b4 not gonna go hgiher than 1.270

if i cant get it stable...
i might move motherboard with a pheon X4 on itnot sure wot it is...
ill let u know 2mora if my upper limit of 1.270 dosent work
highest i tired so ar was 1.220
came out 1.238

but weird things is on prime95..
its reading lower vcore than when its on stock cores...

Its called vdroop every computer does it.

Your really trying to rush everything that's why its not working.

Read that link i posted then set everything exactly the same put your volts to 1.3 set your memory things correct then start moving the FSB up slow. Test if it works up it more test and keep doing it
