Who's ditching C0 I7 for D0?

i did - best decision i ever made

for the first time since my Athlon 4800X2 - i am truly happy with my system :)

Since I swapped a B3 Q6600 @ 3.3ghz for a G0 Q6600 that I could only clock to 3.5ghz, no.

Not worth it for the small speed increase.

the thought has ( & continues ) to cross my mind, but ive barely had me chip a week as it is, i don't know what it's capable of yet as i haven't even stuck me water cooling back on.

My chip does 3.8 easy and will manage 4Ghz, can't see the point in spending money for another couple of hundred Mhz when my system does everything I want now.

I am definately, as my C0 wont even do 3.8ghz stable so I have it running at stock. Hoping to buy D0 this week and get it to 4ghz!

Money lost on selling current C0 second hand... pay premium on new D0... real world difference will be minimal... so no. :)

just wondering but what cooler do you guys use on your i7's? or more specifically, which one is the best? and is it loud?

this stock one is rubbish, dont think even 3.0ghz is stable because things crash now and again.
