did you guys change the hue on it to make it look like that?

The way i went about it was like this:
. desaturated
. color balance (cyan +slight bit of blue)
. increased brightness very slightly
. less saturation
done. If any of that makes sense.

In photoshop I'd recommend going to the Hue and saturation option and adjusting the hue. There is also a tickbox in there which makes it duo tone.

For the animated color shifting one I used Flash and tint adjustments.
