WHQL 310.90

Running very nicely for me too especially in SLI

Metro 2033 has been given a significant boost, although for some reason that game wants to cook my card and then throw it on the BBQ.

Top card hits 73 degrees, why can't Metro be like every other game and let my card rest 10 degrees cooler?

These seem good to me too.

Everythings smooth and non of the brief freezes from the previous 310.xx drivers.

I decided to give them a whirl to try the 2D lightboost thing with 120Hz panels that support it and was getting a weird momentary lockup with a black screen after a couple of hours or so of playing any game where the sound would also go funny - it recovered again after 10 seconds and was fine again for another couple of hours before happening again - but never had this with any previous driver and hasn't happened again since going back to 306.23. Not sure if it was a driver issue or a side effect of forcing lightboost on in 2D mode.

I will have to give these a try if they enable Lightboost in 2D mode. I ran a hack for this but you need 80+fps so I am told.

What res, and Ultra as in every on, and msaa up to max?

Specs in my sig. I run at 1080p native on my BenQ XL2420T, everything max including MSAA 4x. After playing again I've noticed it doesn't really go below 70, and in places hitting 100+. I'm happy with that considering I've heard it brings most systems to their knees?!
