WHS 2011 password admin issue

Just had to restart my WHS and for the life in me I cannot remember my admin password. I've tried all my passwords but decided to cut my loses and reinstall WHS.

I only have 1 hdd with several partitions, one for the OS and the others for data. When doing the install I don't see the option to choose my OS partition to reinstall. It only gives me the option to format the full disk which I dont want.

Any ideas what I can do?

can't get cmd from the repair process. Doesn't give me the option...

omg, just put in a windows 7 recovery to get the cmd prompt working. followed the instructions and now I have a bootable windows home server 2011!

Ah yeah, any windows recovery disk with cmd will work!
