Well, Ive just had a hard drive fail in my WHS. Its a samsung . . . .
Anyway, its sent the whole server crazy. Backup service died, duplicate errors, managed to (eventually) remove the drive, had to delete it from the controller too. Repaired the backup service and its lost every backup. Why arent these duplicated the same as my other files? I had initial installs for my laptop, netbook, pc's etc so I wouldnt have to bother reinstalling everything.
Still trying to get this working. Its really not easy to fix!
Its taken me an hour. Just doing a reboot to ty and fix the file missing errors.
Oh, as im typing Ive got a green tick. Gonna check the hard drive on sunday and see what happened!
