Why all the hate for DPD?

Ok I just had my first bad experience with DPD.

They just sent me an email claiming I wasn't in to sign for delivery.

It's a complete lie, they never came. I was listening for the door and they didn't leave a card. I guess the driver couldn't be bothered to come. :rolleyes:
 
May have gone to the wrong address, or pressed the wrong button on the PDA unit they use. Can happen. Contact the retailer about it and they can help. If it is with us, you know where the Customer Service section is so I can help you. :)
