Why are there so few active users in this section lately ?

They went and messed it up if you ask me,

Why does it have to be so hard to get a page showing just one type of card such as all the 970's or all the 390's.

I can't do it any more.

Horribly rebuilt site. The competitors finally do something better so I suppose they've got something to be happy about.

Who at Overclockers actually thinks the new site is better to use and better for finding things?

well it's a good job all these new customers have had no problem finding and buying things as there would be no forum for you to moan about the shop on.

Im not a lover of the new site... but I think your over reacting

its not complete rocket science.. my only gripe is the way the bundles are now organised but I can still find them. I just think there spread out a bit in different sections..
the older layout was better don't get me wrong.

I have to admit, i find the new site very difficult to navigate and it's no longer easy to find what I'm looking for. I have to use the search feature now to find what i want and if that doesn't work then i have to spend time struggling with the site navigation.
 
I don't like the new site either, and petulant responses about having loads of customers, without whom I would have no vehicle for moaning.... won't make the site any easier to navigate.

I had already mentioned having now seen the side window that pops up when you pick Nvidia or AMD on graphics cards but I'll mention it again for you :)

I was simply saying I think the new one sucks compared to the old one,

As mentioned if it ain't broke....

For example let's use the slider.

I want a graphics card and I don't care what brand but I do have a price window of between 1 and 2 hundred to spend. Let me put that in the slider.

Okay I can't easily do that so lets try writing it in the box

£200 graphics card

The first 4 suggestions are a 4 grand K6000, a 2 grand k5200, a 120 quid gtx 950 and an 800 quid k4200.

It's not exactly customer friendly is it, That's all I was saying.

The new site is not that difficult to use.

But it is over complicated, too cluttered with unneeded stuff, pig ugly and too dark in colour.

Come on OcUK make it look clean, simple and uncluttered for maximum impact.:)

You hit the nail on the head dude, The old layout looked nice and clean, This new one exactly as you said feels extremely cluttered and not exactly easy on the eyes.
 
After a wild night out my puke looks better than the OCUK website, but like every other website out there, when has anyone ever listened to what their customers think ? Like every other disaster of a website, we just have to get used to it and unfortunately we will.
 
I don't have much problem with the new site except its generic now. The old one was clean and simple and just felt more solid and original.

Generally with tech sites over the years from what I've experienced all the decisions are made by the owners of the site regardless of what the user base thinks.
