I've been having a problem with constant ringing in my ears lately so that's why I am up. Found the name for the condition and treatment just seems to be having to learn to live with it.

Well to add to the insult I'm seeing a lot of stars in my left eye and it feels like it's about to blackout (just that one eye too). Happened before usually happens when I've missed out on some sleep a few nights in a row like now. Doesn't help though that the ringing is preventing me from sleeping.
