Sleep is overrated, all this 8 hrs a night advice is nonsense. Who decided in the first place we all need 8hrs a night anyway? What a waste of life, 3 or 4 hrs works for me.
Because I am in Hong Kong, just spent an hour up in the hills, and its roasting 33 degrees outside !
