why buy a server

Some of thses services are virtualised but its great to learn new tricks or keep your skilld fresh and its kind of fun.

Anyhoo, you don't play games on a server! You use a server to deliver data or applications to client computers.

Servers aid with centralisation of resources, easier management, deployment, backup and other things. Mainly a business concern.

no whilst you dont play games on it you can use them to host multiplayer games
