Why cant i find jeans that fit...

Getting jeans that fit is ridiculous these days. They seem to make 10 diffferent types of fit but they are all for skinny-legged emos. Even the 'relaxed' fits are too slim.

maybe I'm blind but i can't see one person in this thread claiming they have a 38" waist

are you just stupid ?

there are also some very very tall people on this forum and some people with very big legs on this forum.

Hes just trolling, leave him be and he might go away.

when i buy jeans i allways do the "squat test" if i cant squat in them i know they going to be not very good jeans( this may sound silly but if you cant squat in jeans you kind of stuck to standing up all the time)....

I will try ASOS sinse i like the look of desiel jeans a lot, im into the whole dark jeans/smart look.

the jeans i tried were from NEXT so i thought maybe they fit given it a large retailer, but all they had were small and large which was insane, 36 leg and probably 38 " on the hips--.--

only problem with online shops like ASOS is getting size right for the thigh though..

I used to have this problem, I solved it by growing a beer belly so now I can buy bigger jeans without them being too loose around the waist \o/

I have this problem too :( tried Next and Debanhams and couldnt find one pair that fit me comfortably. I'm a size 36 around the waist but can't fit my thighs into them. Try a 38 and its way way too baggy and not to mention too long.

M&S treking pants work pretty well and are comfy for work (I do 12 hour shifts)

One thing though I HATE those low cut jeans they try to flog to us these days so uncomfy

I like your style, although I have the opposite problem, I need to lose my beer belly to get better fitting jeans.

Always had this problem too, massive thighs and calfs and no room in jeans to compensate for the size.

Gap used to do a decent cut of jeans that used to fit but they stopped stocking them.

As an example i purchased a pair of trousers recently, i had to buy a 46 waist (normally a 40 waist) just so they would fit my legs properly...obviously the problem with this is that the trousers are ridiculously large on the waist and i look like a hobo.

+1

Topman jeans used to be excellent for me (33"/24" Length back in the day) but then they went all super skinny emo crap!

Bit bigger now and 36"/34" are a bit loose around the waist but I can actually fit my legs in.

Stupid skinny look, combined being a size 13 shoe makes it hell for me to choose anything!

Ive got a worn out pair of replay darbans that used to fit perfectly, those things had so much pocket space and so much slack around the thighs that you could run in them comfortably. Unfortunately they are very expensive(rrp £115) and the styling on the new 'syreets' which are the same fit just isnt as good, but maybe that just me being fussy.

I have an ancient pair of 501s that still fit well, I have tried newer ones on in the shops a few times and the fit has obviously got slimmer over the past 5 years or so.

I still have to wear 32 inch waist jeans when im closer to a 30, i just dont fancy wearing bigger waist jeans and they just dont look right when you remove the slack with a belt.

I can never find jeans that fit me properly either. I'm quite little but have quite a big bum so it's hard to find something that fits round the hips, bum and legs.

So I just stick to dresses.

exactly the same.

I have a small waist, but bigger hips, so if i can get them to fit my hips/thoghs/bum, then they are massive on the waist :(

I wear wide leg jeans, or boyfriend fit, as they tend to be looser on the hip leg area.

I did notice in a magazine last night that apparently palazzo pants are good to wear now which did make me think yay.

I thought it was just me!

I have a very old pair of Lee jeans that fit me like a glove, all modern ones have this weird cut i can't even describe which leave my inner thighs quite sore after any amount of walking. Also they're made of much thinner material these days, i thought i was the cheap ones from Madhouse but even the £120 Levi's feel thin and cheap!

I thinking about ordering from ASOS but given the cost of jeans it is insane, £100 pretty much the norm it seems.

atm i finding it bloody hard to find some dark smart jeans like diesel style in a decent size.

i did a DIY measure of my legs and thighs at biggest part are 24" so finding jeans that fit are getting silly now given my wiest is 32" and inside leg is around 35"-36" like wtf am i ment to do......

all the shop people it seems have stupid skinny jeans, no wonder when i asked "dont you make normal size jeans for people who actually exercise"

he turned around and said "sorry but this is normal size for most people"....sigh people are either too fat or starving themselfs today it seems

loose fit maybe, but i cannot find them in smart dark jeans

diesel are very nice but the cost is just insane, i might try M&S and see if they have any dark nice looking jeans, if not i may have to splash out and buy some diesels just so that i have one pair of jeans that fit....
