Shouldn't be an any issues on most modern cars, unless it's something like a DaciaRusterDuster lol
Huh? Dacia were the third MOST reliable manufacturer in the 2016 Auto Express reliability survey.

The nickname didn't come from nowhere lol
Quite a few people found rust on them from the factory. Along with corroding electrical contacts. Maybe they fixed it recently.
They were severely lacking in the safety department as well last time I heard. With very weak chassis that like to fold in half in a hard impact.
Ah yes, the old 'a couple of people had issues' so it will be forever repeated on internet forums, regardless of the empirical evidence.
The car received a 3-star NCAP rating back in 2011, so I really doubt the chassis would fold in half on impact. You can read the report yourself if you want the evidence.
Not a couple of people, a LOT of people. Just google it. They moved production to Europe and away from India to try and improve things. So maybe that fixed it.
It didn't even have ABS to start with .
You've got this tremendous tendency to quote completely random things as fact. This seems to be another. Dacia is a Romanian brand originally, they do not appear to have any production facilities in India nor are any cars sold there under the Dacia brand![]()

Production moved from India to Romania after corrosion issues.
