Why does CPU-Z not show Full OC speed?

I'm wondering why I cannot get CPU-Z to show what O/C speed my system is running at, I've noticed other people have posted images of CPU-Z showing O/C speeds of 4.4GHz and above, I'm running the i5-3570k and I'm not sure if I've overclocked correctly or not as CPU-Z shows Core Speed at 1608.43MHz. I set the multiplier at 43, set cpu vcore temp to 1.21v, but this is what my temp monitor and CPU-Z read

its called speedstep downclocks the speed of the cpu when idle bang some load on it and it will shoot up to 4.3k

As above.

Use something like Prime95 to put your CPU under load, then check it again

as above speed step will be on
