why does my memory fail orthos after 1 and a half mins?

as title really, my memory keeps failing orthos within a few mins, i've tried all the timing 4-4-4-12, 5-5-5-15 etc but doesn't seem to do much, i've tried changing the voltage.

i've ran memtest over night and it got one error, although i don't know what it means:

any help would be great cheers

Set everything to SPD, but raise the volts. i assume nothing else is overclocked

i've got my cpu overclocked but the ram is running at 800MHz which is stock like.

sorry what's spd btw?

SPD is the settings the motherboard will set the memory to on first boot.

is that just like setting it to auto? cause i've tried that and it fails i think
