With Microsoft firmly now invested in the hardware side of things, why aren't they making a direct macbook pro competitor which offers gaming?
I get the surfacebook 2 but it seems very very niche and specific to a certain person.
They've shown they have the build quality and keyboard design and trackpad down. Why not just make a normal style laptop now with all the ports, we need, a screen which we can customise a lot like dell, etc.
I get MS wanting to innovate but I feel like there is a massive gap for a basic laptop which doesn't detach or convert. I know they have their skinny laptops but where are the more thick professional ones ?
