Why Fiats Shouldn't Tow Caravans

Haha. The caravan was like twice the size of the car. Probably weighed twice as much too!

Unlucky Mr. Fiat owner.

looks a bit like a Fiat 127... i know nothing about cars though, so feel free to blast my claims down :o

just going by googling imaging fiat, choosing the car it looked most like :o

Ouch! I know what its like to run out of revs on a hill when towing........terrifying!! Definite change your pants time.

Def a Renault 5 (probably a campus lol)

Consider yourself blasted :D

Isnt it illegal to have that much weight on a car that size? At least when someone asks why you can give them the answer :p

Oh dear.

Out of interest what is the recommended cause of action when you go into a skid like that - try and spin off to the side? Cant think how you'd stop the descent any other way.

If you're breaks wont stop you before you start to roll back, then yeah, i think it would be best to try get off the road before you hit another car. Like get onto a grass verge or something and try slow down.

On some very steep roads they have areas for cars to roll into should they start to roll down for whatever reason.

If you're in a car like that, pray. Very hard.
