why have i got a 772mb partition

Hi so formatted an old win 10 os system drive (120Gb ssd)to add as storage to my system and I am left with 2 partitions in disk management
a healthy primary partition and a healthy oem partition which is the one I am asking about.

Could be something like a rescue partition. Can you not use Disk Part to fully clean the SSD?

I have a 499MB OEM Partition plus a 450 MB OEM Partition on my PC after a clean win10 install some months ago no idea why though
