I don't think anyone's hating on it. It's just a first attempt which has issues, drivers needed a lot of work and still do, e.g. Starfield just came out and doesn't even run on ARC. Hardware isn't anything special either. That isn't hate, just facts. I live in hope that future releases will be better, such that they're viable options for ppl who don't want to pay nvidia/amd prices.
That is the great thing about them, the price. The A770 looks like it does 4k with no trouble. That vid. from 8 months back, heplayed some games at 4k, looked good IMO. I am looking at a 4k monitor, fora clearer picture at 32". 1440p seems a little hard the read at times. Does it handle Mortal Online 2? I am waiting for Battlemage. If my current card will do 4k good, I can hold of on a better GPU. By the specs at the EVGA site, it can do 4k at 120Hz. That is fine with me.

Driver issues mostly. But to be fair to them they are rolling out regular updates to fix issues.

I'm certainly going to be keeping an eye on Battlemage, if it's powerful enough and is at a decent price, I might jump on it for my new build.
My thoughts 100%, when a baby is born do you throw it away because he/she is good at nothing? Ok to extreeme. They are doing well IMO. On another forum they are like 4k 129Hz for spread sheets, not games. What is wrong with gaming on that??? Besides AMD/Nvidia is not cheap over in the US at least.

This is a big part for the excitement, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming OC 12G Graphics Card, 3X WINDFORCE Fans, 12GB 192-bit GDDR6X, GV-N407TGAMING OC-12GD Video Card is $849.99, XFX Speedster MERC319 AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT CORE Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6 HDMI 3xDP RX-68XTALFD9is $529.99 & Intel has a better price. They just need to get the drivers matured.I mean look at the RTX. Plus Nvidea cut down on stuff to build them cheaper if the drivers had no issues, A770 16GB would look real good right now. Battlemage is sure to be better.About Intel pulling out of new products, who renenbers NForce Motherboards? Google also, Google Plus for 1.

Nvia & A<D are not cheap over here. That is why I am hyper. If I could get a card from either for #359ish I would. Also Nvidia built the 4zzzs cheaper, so for the price they are, doesn't really seem worth it.
