.. that when you have an itch on your back, it's always at the furtherest point you can reach 
Last night in bed about midnight (I know it was midnight because the wife turns into a warewolf), I had this itch I couldn't reach and ended up elbowing her .. Well I've been meaning to give the elbow for ages anyway..
Anyway, when you have an itch in an unreachable place, there's no option other than to use a door frame.. So there's me, stark naked, rubbing my self against a door frame..(that sounds wrong).. when our lodger comes home..
The moral is... actually there is none but always keep a 12 rule beside your bed.. not only is it useful for measuring how long your asleep for, but it's great for scratching that itch..
