Why is Parcel2go.com trying to access something form my PC?

Ok I have little snitch installed on my Mac. Yesterday I did a track of a package on the parcel2go.com website and since then something form my pc keeps trying to send info out to p2g.

Established by /System/Library/Frameworks/PubSub.framework/Versions/A/Resources/PubSubAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/PubSubAgent

82.148.225.88

Port 443 TCP

I have reset the pc and it still attempts to access that ip address every 15 min. I will clear the cooke but I any idea what is going on?
