Why is Paypal CS so ****!

Just phoned every number on the PP website and got the same automated bloke everytime, and it doesn't even let you speak to an actual person!

Im trying to verify my account with my bank and waiting for them to take charges from my account but its been 11days now and i have re done them twice.

Has anyone got a number where i can talk to an actual person?
 
I did, it said main menu or agent, i chose main menu and i couldn't get to a person, so i tried the agent and also couldn't get to talk to an actual person . .
 
Paypal sucks balls but is needed.

2 weeks ago week i bought something off ebay for £50. My paypal account has the primary bank account as my cash card. I had only £30 in the cash card (due to money not going in on time) so my account went into red, then came out my debit card (the backup account)
I will get a nice £30 charge from Nationwide for my troubles.

A week later i bought something for £15, it automatically came out my secondary account -debit card. Fantastic!
 
02086053000 option 1 during office hours - when it asks you to type in your number on your account keep pressing hash and it gets fed up and transfers you to a cs agent.
 
I hate it that you have to say what you want instead of pushing the buttons. I was ill and my voice did no sound great saying the words, I sat there repeating the words until it gave me the options to press the button haha! Then I got through no problems (on 3/4 occasions) when I called them up to tell them my verify amount.
