Why is there not a specific term for religious discrimination?

at some point in the future the Catholic church will catch up with the times and some Pope will declare that contraception is actually now OK (albeit, no doubt, with some random constraints).

Whether you believe in God or not you should understand the reason the Church holds the position it does. It believes its teachings come from God and as such are not open to change.

For this teaching to change the Church would need to teach the concept that "God was wrong"

I don't even hate all religions, I just believe they are all equally nonsensical.

Hate is too strong an emotion to feel for such silliness.

I don't think hate is too strong a word. Religion has directly caused huge amounts of human suffering throughout history: genocides, inquisitions, crusades, jihads, witch hunts, slavery, you-name-it. All these things happened because people believed in some invisible bearded dude sitting on a cloud, and they regarded those who believed differently as sub-human.

Thing is the can and do change the rules so to speak as they go along...

Not sure they'd want frame it as "God was wrong" though :D but essentially it is a bit of a farce... I'd be fairly confident that they will change the rules though its just unrealistic in a modern world to keep on spouting the sort of **** they currently are. Ecclesiastic laws can be changed doctrine can be modified, loop holes created...

Not entirely correct, the Church has changed it's mind occasionally, hence priests can no longer marry when previously they could.
