Been on the hunt for a new phone now for months, just cannot find a single phone that really takes my fancy.

I really want something with a qwerty this time as I have rather large, bananna like hands :D However the 2 main contenders dont overly grab me, that being the HTC Touch Pro 2 and the Nokia N97 as I'm not overly keen on the OS.

Have played around with the BB Bold and my GF has the curve, and I really liked it but I think I would miss the touch interface for speed of access to some functions.

So any ideas, anything on the horizon that I've compleatly over looked in terms of a slide qwerty running Android ? I really hope so as to be honest, I'm totally fed up of looking at phones and mobile phone sites :(

You mean other than the G1?

Yeah sorry, should have said that T-Mobile is shocking where I live (Isle of Wight), which is why I didnt mention it, my mistake. :D

Have had a look at the Palm Pre, I know its not Android based but looks like an interesting piece of kit. Shame its O2 exclusive and bound to be tied upto an overpriced tarriff or I think that may have been a contender :(
