When online, most of them are yes. Obviously you always get riendly people, but most of the arrogant people seem to mostly be yanks.

In my experience, all of the people with mics are damn right annoying, regardless of country, and should either have their mics taken away or their jaws wired shut for the good of society.

I'm english and have never been offensive to anyone online, so clearly making such sweeping generalizations as 'english people are offensive' or 'americans are arrogant' is nothing more than stereotyping. Every country has it's share of offensive, arrogant and racist people, and in every country you'll find people who are neither offensive, arrogant nor racist.
