WHY REMOVED

Why was my SIG removed today?? it is exactly 400X75 pixels and 20kb (HAS THIS BEEN CHANGED??) that is what is stated in the rules well and all 3 of my sigs are that size so why was it removed

here it is can i be told why it was removed and i will make appropriate changes
