Why so cheap O_o?

why is windows vista so cheap on OC, if I may ask it's around 300 quid other places and 130 on here for ultimate it makes 0 sense to me...

It has.
OcUK are selling the OEM version - the Retail version is £300.
Please take a read through this forum on the difference between OEM & Retail.
The most important factor being OEM is good only for the motherboard you first install it on, Retail can be transferred from machine to machine.
