Strictly has some redeeming qualities, Aliona and Ola being two of them, last series definitely Kara Tointon..

And really, who didn't find the banter between the HMS Widdicombe and Charles Really Horrible, to be entirely amusing..

If your mum still has the week before last's show still recorded, the halloween one, you might want to do a slo mo through Chelsee Healeys dance to see her fall out of her dress. I'm actually surprised that incident didn't generate a thread on here at the time tbh.

My personal fave is Flavia Cacace.

Amazing talents. I'd much rather watch these pro's in action than a bunch of karaoke singers on the other channel!

I know there's a lot of falseness about the show, but that goes for all reality TV shows nowadays.
This is one of the few, if not the only one that is well worth watching.
