Why the price difference?

Just bought a Samsung F1 750gb HDD, which I regretted since the f3 1tb is the same price.
Does the F3 lack something that the F1 has, since the F3 has higher capacity for the same
price. Is the F3 louder or slower than the F1?

I suppose I could, is there a noticeable difference between the two? If it's only minor I may as well keep the F1 and save myself some hassle. And is there a difference speed-wise between the F3 500gb and F3 1tb? The 500gb is enough storage for me !
