I'm guessing you order paper but you get drugs, or some other illicit goods like counterfeit cash.
Easy for police to spot if that's the case.
From what I've heard ebay side with the buyer regardless.

Isn't this just a well known trick, where you list items on one of those free listing days, something nobody would want to buy. Then use it as a holding place auction until you do actually have something to sell and change everything in the listing thus saving money.I want to know what the paper is all about now...........but too tight to spend £100 to find out!
It probably costs more to these companies to check/test the returned goods.
