You're sending it back?

Are you paying for the carriage?

Interested, as I just noticed my 2 week old S27A750 has a dead pixel too.
(Bought from OcUK too)

you paid what? :p

What do they teach in schools these days :rolleyes::p
58399/100= 583.99

The "/100" signifies the change from pennies to pounds. (there are 100 pennies in a pound)

I paid £583.99 for this monitor. To change that into pennies, you multiply by 100.
583.99x100=58399

For the final mark, you must include units.

Final answer
58399p

Can't find any contact details for the company. Anyone had to send it here before?

I listened to the whole thing. Hilarious. Having studied Law, I can assure you that most lawyers wouldn't be able to understand this problem either, so I hope, the guy didn't file a lawsuit ;)

well I spent £1200 on a 51" plasma! got it home from Costco, mounted it and the speakers just did not work. yea yea it happens but how this was allowed to leave production astonishes me, don't they test these before packaging?

I ended up returning it (Costco 90 day no nonsense). I topped it up with 300£ and went to John Lewis and got the G30 Panasonic 50" plasma. I was really upset!

So unfortunately, sorry Samsung not another penny from me! well maybe I will dish out on a Samsung Note! :) which will be out later in November
