That's actually a Toyota Estima (basically a JDM Previa).

I have one as the family chariot, and compared to what else you can buy with the same money to do the same job, the Estima is about the best of the bunch. Fully loaded with toys, electric everything etc..

God knows why anyone would do that to it though.....

looks like it has one of those latino hydraulic ram suspension setups fitted.
if it aint jacked ass up-nose down i can't see how it could be driven without damaging it.
