It does get annoying when threads get removed with no reason, most forums have a function showing what the reason was for it. Dunno why its not used in here.

Generally because they break the rules in some form, but without knowing which threads i can't answer the exact reason.

found the thread, directly linking to competitors is against the forum rules which is probably why, and if there is a query there are a couple of forum sections specifically where people can contact the shop staff without it being visible to everyone else.
