wierd sandwichs, i cannot be the only one surely

Apple (not red) and margarine on white bread :D

My mom had cravings for them when preggers with me, they sounded gross, but I really like them, lol

I quite regularly have fish finger sandwiches for breakfast they're noice! Aside from that I like having my own meat feast sandwiches like ham, bacon and sausage sandwiches all in one. :)

Peanut Butter & Cucumber

Pastrami & Gherkin with Red Peppers, Sliced Raw Onions, Lettuce, Mustard and Mayonnaise

Sliced Ham & Red Pepper Houmous

Sliced Turkey with Mayonnaise & Grilled Streaky Bacon that has gone cold

Chicken & Mayonnaise with Bacon, Raw Onions & Cucumber

Tuna Mayo with Sweetcorn, Shredded Lettuce, Cucumber & Red Peppers / Onions

:)

One of my all time favourite sandwiches is :-

Ciabatta bread
Slice of ham
Beef tomato
Buffalo mozzarella
Basil leaf

So basically a ham pizza? :p

I don't have any weird sandwiches really. I do enjoy crisp sandwiches though. :)

well as far as wierd sandwichs go, i think ive tried a fair whack. Living in a flat as a student with little money and food to use up makes things intresting.

My favourite wierd one - toasted mayonasse. MMMM

Quoted for 100% truth.

My mum's partner has sandwich filled with sunday roast leftovers, including mashed up potato and veg.. weird but he says it is very nice :o
There's a couple of butchers around here that do a sandwich called a "dip".
From what I can make out it looks like a bunch of scraps blended but they don't half taste nice :D.

Just thought, one thing I do like if I am rushed for time before a night out is a Chicago Town individual pizza (pref meaty ones) nuked and stuck between two slices of toast.. with some Daddies sauce on it. Lines your stomach and fills you up just enough :)

Millionaire's Breakfast
Bread, two slices, lightly toasted on the OUTSIDE ONLY
Bacon, 3 slices, correctly done, crispy but does not snap
Mango chutney, liberal amounts, spread on one slice of bread
Salmon, enough to cover the slice.

To be eaten preferably with Bucks Fizz

Take your bread of choice and toast it. Once it's to your prefered state of toastiness spread it with liberal amounts of beef dripping.

Then eat, and repeat. :)

Cheese, ham, any Jam and peanut butter.

Or for anyone on a diet. Take 2 slices of bread, butter both sides, sprinkle sugar on both sides, put in toaster but be carefull not to burn then add the above.

There used to be a sarnie shop in Chesterton, just down the road from my old workplace, that did a baguette like that. It was an awesome lunch, just very difficult to eat.

Yeah, it's more of a knife-and-fork affair than picking it up and taking a bite, but 'tis quite fun using your hands. Endless hours of washing your egg-yolked and bean-juiced clothes if you do pick them up though :)
