WiFi Card driver problem

Hi all,

My girlfriend and I both have custom built Windows 10 PCs and we both have the same Wireless PCI adaptor (TPLink WN851ND). Hers works perfectly fine. Mine does not.

In device manager I just have a little orange exclamation mark next to it and under properties it just says:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

I had a wireless card installed in mine before which malfunctioned, hence I got the new one. Any reason why it works in hers and not mine?
